Position: E-commerce ManagerJob Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven E-commerce Manager to oversee and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will manage our website, online marketplaces, digital marketing campaigns, product listings, and customer experience to drive revenue growth and strengthen our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize the company's e-commerce website and online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Flipkart Meesho etc.).
- Create, upload, and maintain product listings, descriptions, pricing, and inventory.
- Plan and execute online sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Coordinate digital marketing activities (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising).
- Monitor website performance, traffic, and conversion rates.
- Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports.
- Manage promotions, discounts, and seasonal campaigns.
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and customer service teams.
- Ensure a smooth customer shopping experience.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing strategies.
- Handle returns, refunds, and customer feedback processes.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing,



E-commerce, or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience in e-commerce management.
- Strong knowledge of online marketplaces and e-commerce platforms.
- Experience with analytics tools and digital marketing.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

- Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar platforms.
- Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra Partner Portal.
- Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Google Ads.
- Excel and data analysis skills.
- SEO and content management knowledge.
