We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Admissions Officer to manage the admissions process and support visa compliance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process student applications from start to finish.
- Review documents and check student eligibility for different courses and countries.
- Guide applicants throughout the admission process.
- Coordinate with students, counselors, and universities.
- Maintain and update student records in the system.
Visa & Compliance:
- Prepare visa-related documents such as offer letters and short-term study visa letters.
- Stay updated with immigration and visa regulations.
- Monitor visa expiry dates, student withdrawals, and any changes in study plans.
- Ensure all compliance documents are complete and accurate.
- Follow internal policies for record-keeping and reporting.
