Talent Shapers Orbit is looking for a passionate and dedicated English Language Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in teaching English to non-English speakers, focusing on basic reading and writing skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach basic English (reading, writing, speaking) to students with little or no prior knowledge of the language.
- Create engaging lesson plans tailored to the needs of beginner learners.
- Conduct interactive sessions to improve vocabulary, spelling, and sentence formation.
- Assess student progress and provide regular feedback.
- Create a supportive and encouraging classroom workplace.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience teaching English, preferably to non-English speakers.
- Strong command of the English language (spoken and written).
- Patience and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to simplify concepts for beginner-level learners.
- Passion for teaching and helping others grow.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in TEFL/TESOL/ESL or equivalent (not mandatory but a plus).
- Experience in adult education or spoken English programs is an advantage.
