Role Overview

The Senior Store Manager will be responsible for end-to-end store operations including inventory management, warehouse control, material planning, and coordination with production, procurement, and dispatch teams. The role ensures effective stock handling, accuracy, and timely availability of materials for manufacturing and order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities1. Inventory & Store Management

- Maintain accurate stock records (raw materials, finished goods, WIP).
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and FIFO/FEFO implementation.
- Monitor inventory levels and avoid stock shortages/excess.
- Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconciliation.

2. Inward & Outward Operations

- Supervise goods receipt, inspection, and GRN process.
- Manage dispatch planning as per sales and production requirements.
- Ensure proper documentation for inward/outward material.

3. Coordination

- Work closely with production, purchase, and sales teams for smooth material flow.
- Coordinate with vendors and logistics partners for timely deliveries.
- Support production planning with real-time inventory updates.

4. System & Documentation





- Maintain ERP / inventory systems (SAP / Tally / Excel).
- Prepare MIS reports (stock reports, aging, consumption analysis).
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.

5. Team Management

- Lead and supervise store staff and warehouse team.
- Allocate daily tasks and monitor performance.
- Ensure discipline, safety, and process adherence.

6. Process Improvement

- Implement best practices for warehouse efficiency.
- Reduce material handling errors and improve turnaround time.
- Optimize storage space and inventory control systems.

Required Qualifications

- Graduate/ Diploma (B.Com / B.Sc / Any relevant field)
- Experience: 5–10 years in store/warehouse management (electronics/manufacturing preferred)
- Experience in inventory software SAP

Key Skills

- Inventory control & warehouse management

- Leadership and team handling

Preferred Industry Experience

- Electronics / IoT / Manufacturing companies

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
