- Qualification:
- Minimum 12th Pass (Mandatory)
- NTT (Nursery Teacher Training) / ECCE (Early Childhood Care & Education) preferred
- Graduation in any field is an added advantage
- Basic knowledge of phonics, rhymes, and activity-based learning

- Ability to conduct activity-based learning for young children
- Skilled in storytelling, creative activities, and classroom engagement
- Good communication and child-handling skills
- Patient, caring, and enthusiastic personality
