4 Educational Qualification Minimum 10th Pass with a valid LMV Driving License. Commercial driving experience preferred.

5 Job Description

A. Executive Transportation

* Safely transport Directors, senior management and employees as assigned.

* Ensure timely pick-up and drop as per scheduled requirements.

* Plan efficient routes considering traffic and travel schedules.

B. Vehicle Maintenance

* Keep company vehicles clean, well-maintained and presentable at all times.

* Conduct daily inspections of fuel, engine oil, tyre pressure, brakes and overall vehicle condition.

* Schedule regular servicing, repairs and maintenance.

* Maintain complete vehicle documentation including insurance, PUC and registration.

C. Travel Coordination

* Coordinate travel schedules with Administration and concerned departments.

* Maintain trip logs, fuel records and mileage reports.

* Assist in airport, railway station and client transportation.

D. Compliance & Safety

* Strictly follow traffic rules and company safety policies.

* Ensure passenger safety during every journey.

* Report accidents,



damages or vehicle issues immediately.

* Ensure all statutory vehicle documents remain valid.

E. Administrative Support

* Deliver confidential documents, parcels and bank-related work whenever required.

* Assist the Administration team in office-related outdoor assignments.

* Support logistics during company events and meetings.

F. General Responsibilities

* Maintain confidentiality regarding company discussions and executive travel.

* Demonstrate professionalism, punctuality and courteous behaviour.

* Be available for occasional extended working hours based on business requirements.

* Excellent driving record with solid knowledge of Pune city routes.

* Safety-first mindset.

* High integrity, reliability and confidentiality.

* Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English preferred.

* Well-groomed, disciplined and customer-oriented.

* Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage time efficiently.

Pay: From ₹250,000.00 per month
