Dear candidate,

We are seeking an experienced Leasing Manager to drive retail and commercial leasing activities. The role involves brand acquisition, mall leasing, and building robust relationships with retail stakeholders to maximize occupancy and achieve leasing targets.

Position: Leasing Manager

Location: Gurgaon, Haryana

About Client : Our client is a leading real estate advisory firm specializing in retail leasing, portfolio management, and strategic property solutions for developers, investors, and institutional partners.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and onboard retail, F&B;, lifestyle, and entertainment brands

· Build and maintain relationships with national/regional brands

· Conduct market research and competitor analysis

· Manage leasing cycle: lead generation to agreement closure

· Coordinate site visits, negotiations, and proposals





· Work closely with developers, property owners, and consultants

Eligibility

· Graduate in any discipline

· 2–5 years’ experience in retail/mall/commercial leasing

· Strong network of retail and F&B; brands

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship skills

Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, CRM tools preferred
