Back Office Executive
Location: Kanuru, Vijayawada (Opp. Time Hospital)
Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound & outbound customer calls.
- Coordinate with clients and provide timely support.
- Maintain customer records and follow-ups.
- Assist with customer queries and back-office operations.
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
Eligibility
- Intermediate (10+2) or above.
- Good communication skills.
- Telugu fluency preferred.
- Basic English, Hindi & computer knowledge is an added advantage.
- Freshers & experienced candidates can apply.
