Job Title: Customer Care Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to manage customer interactions, maintain CRM records, handle lead management, and deliver exceptional customer support. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Hindi and possess strong communication, organizational, and relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Provide prompt and professional customer support, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Engage with customers to understand their requirements and resolve queries effectively.
- Manage and update customer information using CRM software.
- Track, assign, and follow up on leads to ensure timely conversion and closure.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly lead management reports.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service and issue resolution.




- Ensure all customer communications are documented and updated in the CRM.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, CRM management, or a similar role (Freshers with relevant skills may also apply).

Required Skills

- Must be fluent in Hindi and English (spoken communication is mandatory).
- Experience managing CRM software.
- Strong lead management and reporting skills.
- Excellent customer engagement and relationship management abilities.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
