Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment across Business, Product, Marketing, Growth, Strategy, Operations, and Corporate functions.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, workforce planning, and role requirements.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, employee referrals, networking, and other talent channels.
- Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on technical, functional, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview scheduling, stakeholder communication, and ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Lead offer discussions, salary negotiations, and candidate closures.
- Maintain recruitment data, dashboards, and hiring metrics such as turnaround time (TAT), conversion ratios, pipeline health, and hiring performance.
- Drive employer branding initiatives and improve candidate engagement strategies.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual recruitment processes using AI tools, ATS capabilities, and workflow automation.




- Continuously evaluate and enhance recruitment processes to improve hiring efficiency, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- 3–5 years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in a product-based organization.

- Proven experience hiring for Product, Business, Marketing, Growth, Strategy, Operations, and Corporate roles.

- Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, referrals, social platforms, and other recruitment channels.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple hiring mandates simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.

- Strong analytical mindset with experience tracking and improving recruitment metrics.

- Curiosity and willingness to learn recruitment automation, AI tools, and process optimization.

- Proactive, ownership-driven, and solution-oriented approach to recruitment.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
