Key Responsibilities:

- Organize appropriate shifts and manning levels to meet business requirements.
- Ensure inbound stock is recovered, inspected, and received efficiently.
- Monitor performance of ground handlers and warehouse providers.
- Ensure adherence to customer SOPs and meet SLA targets.
- Develop a high-performance service culture within the department.
- Manage individual performance and allocate resources effectively.
- Ensure safe working practices and participate in quality initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with work time regulations, including monitoring employee attendance, shift adherence, break schedules, overtime, and statutory working hours in line with company policies and legal requirements.

Experience:

- Minimum 2 years of warehousing experience.
- Minimum 1 year in an SPL workplace.
- Minimum 3 years working in a cross-functional/matrix organization.
