Job Title: HR Compliance Executive

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

- Handle PF & ESIC compliance, including UAN/PF Number and ESIC IP Number generation.
- Prepare and submit PF, ESIC, PT, MLWF challans and statutory returns.
- Ensure compliance with Labour Laws, Shops & Establishment Act, Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, and other statutory regulations.
- Maintain statutory registers, employee records, and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with government authorities for inspections and audits.
- Support payroll compliance and statutory deductions.
- Handle contractor labour compliance and documentation.

Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of PF, ESIC, Labour Laws, Payroll Compliance, Statutory Returns & Challans.
- Experience in UAN generation, ESIC registration, and government portals.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS/Payroll software.
- Good communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Experience

- years of experience in HR statutory compliance.
- Graduate in HR, Commerce, or Business Administration preferred.
