Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Pay & Park Executive to manage daily parking operations. The role involves handling vehicle entries and exits, collecting parking fees, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth traffic flow within the parking area.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage vehicle entry and exit efficiently
- Collect parking fees and issue tickets/receipts
- Maintain accurate daily transaction records
- Guide customers for proper parking allocation
- Monitor parking space availability
- Ensure discipline and smooth vehicle movement inside the parking area
- Handle customer queries and provide assistance
- Report issues such as violations, damages, or disputes
- Coordinate with the admin team for reporting and updates
- Ensure cleanliness and safety of the parking premises

Requirements

- Minimum qualification: SSLC / Plus Two
- Basic communication skills (Malayalam & basic English preferred)




- Basic understanding of handling cash/digital payments
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends
- Physically fit and alert

Preferred Skills

- Prior experience in parking management, security, or field operations
- Basic mobile app handling (for digital parking systems)
- Good customer handling skills

Work Details

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
