- Communication: Effectively communicating with patients,families, and other healthcare providers to ensure continuity ofcare and inform about treatment plans, progress, and changes incondition.
- Supporting Quality: Educating patients and families aboutmedical conditions, medications, self-care techniques, and lifestylechanges to improve health outcomes.
- Administering Medications and Treatments: Administeringprescribed treatments or medications, observing for side effects,and reporting issues to the healthcare provider.




- Documentation: Keeping accurate and up-to-date patient recordsregarding assessments, medications, treatments, and progress.
- Advocacy: Acting as a patient advocate by ensuring that thepatient’s needs and preferences are considered in the care plan.
- Emotional Support: Offering emotional support to patients and their families during times of illness, injury, or stress.
