Position Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our extensive range of CP and sanitary ware products. The ideal candidate should be proactive, target-oriented, and willing to engage with customers directly in the field. The role focuses on expanding our dealer and distributor network in the Himatnagar and nearby areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and visit prospective dealers and distributors in the assigned area
Promote products through field visits, demonstrations, and presentations
Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners
Ensure timely delivery of dealer schemes, promotional offers, and product details
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Clearly explain the USPs (Unique Selling Points) of each product
Share regular market feedback and competitor analysis
Maintain and submit monthly sales reports and data
Ensure effective in-store product display and brand visibility
Collect payments in accordance with company policies
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum Education: 12th Pass or Graduate (any stream)
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Basic product knowledge or willingness to learn about sanitary/bathware products
Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
Ability to travel daily within the designated region
