Support onboarding and training of franchise staff and caregivers Monitor day-to-day franchise operations and conduct quality audits Ensure adherence to company SOPs, service standards, and healthcare protocols Collect feedback from clients, caregivers, and franchisees, and assist in implementing improvements Support local promotions, community outreach, hospital tie-ups, and healthcare partnerships Coordinate with internal teams for operations, compliance, and service delivery Prepare and submit reports on operations, performance, and client satisfaction
