- Proficiency in Corporate Law, including experience with legal frameworks and regulations.
- Solid skills in Legal Document Preparation and analysis of contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Exceptional Analytical Skills to assess legal situations and develop constructive solutions.
- Excellent Communication skills for client interactions and legal argumentation.
- Ability to proactively address and resolve Legal Issues effectively.
- Relevant experience in Corporate M&A;, Venture Capital, Banking & Finance, or Dispute Resolution is highly desirable.
- LLB degree from a recognized university; additional certifications in Corporate Law are a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
