Job Title: Operations Executive

The Operations Executive plays a pivotal role in ensuring the end-to-end execution of daily center activities, academic schedules, digital platform management, physical facility maintenance, and studio operations. This role demands a proactive, highly organized professional who can balance operational logistics, technical support, vendor management, and student-faculty coordination to maintain seamless service standards.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree

1–3 years of hands-on experience in operations, facility administration, or academic coordination (experience in EdTech or competitive coaching institutes preferred).

PSC background

Technical Skills Proficiency in ERP systems. Practical working knowledge of Open Broadcaster Software added advantage, video conferencing platforms (MS Teams, Zoom), and basic hardware/network troubleshooting. Strong working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and data tracking.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
