Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

- Identify and generate new business leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, networking, and digital prospecting.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects across target industries.
- Research potential customers and identify decision-makers.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the Business Development/Key Account team.
- Maintain a healthy database of prospects and regularly update lead status.

Business Development Support

- Introduce Quiklee's logistics and delivery solutions to prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and qualify leads based on business potential.
- Coordinate with Business Development Managers to ensure smooth lead handover.
- Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and improve conversion rates.

Market Intelligence

- Conduct market research to identify current business opportunities and emerging customer segments.
- Gather competitor insights, pricing information, and customer feedback.




- Share market intelligence with the sales leadership team.

Reporting

- Maintain accurate records of daily calls, visits, meetings, and lead status in the CRM.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
- Track individual lead generation targets and conversion metrics.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong prospecting, networking, and relationship-building abilities.
- Confidence in cold calling and field sales activities.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented.
- Good negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
