Site Supervisor – Job Description

A Site Supervisor at SD Infra & MEP Services Pvt. Ltd. is responsible for supervising daily site activities related to Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), Fire Fighting, and ELV works. The role involves managing manpower, monitoring work progress, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining quality standards at project sites. Site Supervisors coordinate with engineers, contractors, and technicians to ensure smooth and timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise day-to-day MEP work execution at site.
- Monitor manpower, attendance, and daily productivity.
- Ensure work is completed as per drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with site engineers, technicians, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure proper workmanship.
- Enforce safety procedures and site discipline.
- Report daily site progress and material requirements to management.
- Assist in resolving site-related issues and execution challenges.
- Check material usage and avoid wastage at site.
- Support testing, commissioning,



and project handover activities.

Skills Required:

- Basic knowledge of MEP systems and site execution activities.
- Ability to read basic drawings and understand site instructions.
- Good leadership and manpower handling skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Knowledge of safety practices and quality standards.
- Problem-solving and time management skills.

Qualification:

- ITI / Diploma / Any technical qualification related to Mechanical, Electrical field.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Work Environment:

- 100% field/site-based role.
- Ability to work at project sites and handle site operations efficiently.
- Flexible to travel and work as per project requirements.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
