Travel Consultant (Sales + Operations Coordination)

Northeast Travel Experts is looking for a smart and energetic Travel Consultant who can handle customer enquiries, convert leads into bookings, and coordinate basic trip operations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys travel planning, customer communication, and working in a fast-growing travel company.

Key Responsibilities:-

Sales & Client Handling

- Handle customer enquiries via call, WhatsApp, and Instagram
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable packages
- Share itineraries, quotations, and trip details professionally
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings
- Follow-up with clients for payments and confirmations

Operations Coordination (Basic)

- Coordinate with operations team for hotel/vehicle confirmations
- Collect client documents for permits (ILP etc.)
- Share trip details and instructions with clients before departure
- Support the team in smooth trip execution and coordination

Requirements:-

- Good communication skills (Hindi & English required)




- Strong convincing and customer handling skills
- Basic knowledge of Northeast destinations (preferred)
- Comfortable working on WhatsApp, calls, and Excel/Google Sheets
- Ability to multitask and coordinate with operations team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Preferred Skills:-

- Previous experience in travel/tourism industry
- Sales experience in service-based business
- Knowledge of itinerary planning and hotel categories
- Comfortable handling clients from South India

Working Hours:-

- Flexible work schedule (as per travel industry requirements)
- Weekly 1 day off

Salary & Incentives:-

- Fixed salary + performance incentives (based on bookings)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
