- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities as per the production plan.
- Ensure all food items are prepared according to approved recipes and quality standards.
- Allocate work among production staff and monitor productivity throughout the shift.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within the scheduled timelines.
- Monitor raw material availability and raise daily indent requests to the stores department.
- Verify the quality and quantity of raw materials before production.
- Minimize production losses and food wastage through effective process control.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and labeling of raw materials and finished products.
- Maintain strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and HACCP/FSSAI standards.
- Conduct regular quality checks during and after production.
- Ensure cleaning and sanitation of production equipment, utensils, and work areas.
- Coordinate with the dispatch/logistics team for timely delivery to all branches.




- Maintain daily production records, yield reports, wastage reports, and stock consumption records.
- Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance issues immediately.
- Train new production employees on SOPs, food safety, and quality standards.
- Monitor employee attendance, discipline, grooming, and adherence to company policies.
- Coordinate with the purchase and stores departments regarding material shortages.
- Participate in periodic stock verification and inventory control activities.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the production area.
- Perform any additional production-related duties assigned by the management.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
