We are seeking a highly skilled SAP ABAP Lead to design, develop, and manage robust ABAP solutions. In this role, you will lead development projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables and seamless integration with core SAP modules (SD, MM, FICO, PS, and PM).

The ideal candidate possesses deep technical expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and a solid understanding of business processes to translate functional requirements into scalable, high-performance technical solutions.

Mandatory Requirements

- Work Location: Must be willing to work 100% onsite from our client’s Gurgaon office.
- Domain Experience: Prior experience in the Real Estate domain is highly preferred/mandatory.
- Contract Duration: This is an initial 6-month contract with the possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities

- Leadership & Delivery: Lead ABAP development projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables, code governance, and adherence to SAP best practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to gather requirements and design technical solutions.
- RICEF Development: Develop, test, and deploy custom reports, workflows, enhancements, interfaces, conversions, and forms.
- Documentation & Testing: Maintain SAP design and technical specification documents, and conduct unit, integration, and release testing.
- Integration Support: Provide seamless integration support with SAP SD, MM, FICO, PS, and PM modules.
- Performance Optimization: Conduct code reviews,



optimize ABAP code for performance/maintainability, and mentor junior developers.

Required Skills & Experience

- Experience: 10+ years of SAP ABAP development experience.
- Modern ABAP: Solid experience in RAP (Restful ABAP Programming Model), SAP S/4HANA, and modern ABAP techniques (AMDP, CDS Views, OData services).
- Core Technical Skills: Strong expertise in ABAP Objects, BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits, Enhancements, Workflows, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, and ALV Reports.
- Module Integration: Proven integration knowledge with SAP SD, MM, FICO, PS, and PM modules.
- Leadership: Robust leadership, team management, and stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in the Real Estate industry.
- Exposure to SAP Fiori/UI5 development.
- Knowledge of SAP Workflow and SAP Integration Suite.
- Certification in SAP ABAP or SAP S/4HANA.

Pay: Up to ₹1,800,000.00 per year
