Job Title: CNC Setter cum Operator
Location: Coimbatore

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Based on experience)

We are looking for experienced CNC Setter cum Operators with hands-on expertise in machining non-standard components. The candidate should be capable of independently setting up CNC machines, selecting tooling, performing offsets, and producing precision components as per engineering drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate CNC Turning/Machining Centers.
- Manufacture non-standard and custom components with high accuracy.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T;, and process sheets.
- Perform tool setting, offset corrections, and first-piece inspection.
- Monitor machine performance and maintain quality standards.




- Ensure production targets are achieved while minimizing rejection and downtime.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain 5S practices on the shop floor.

Requirements:

- 3–10 years of experience as a CNC Setter cum Operator.
- Proven experience machining non-standard/custom components.
- Positive knowledge of measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, and Bore Gauge.
- Ability to work independently and in rotational shifts.
- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
