- Provide onsite or remote deskside support for hardware, software, and network connections.Install, configure, and image new computers, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot Windows and macOS operating systems alongside Microsoft 365 applications.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and password resets via Active Directory or Azure AD.Log, track, and resolve IT service requests using ticketing systems like ServiceNow.
