About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our growing second-home real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, conducting property presentations and site visits, and achieving sales targets. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about luxury real estate and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify leads through referrals, digital platforms, and networking.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable second-home properties.
- Conduct property presentations, virtual meetings, and site visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Follow up with leads and guide customers through the complete sales cycle.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth documentation and transaction processes.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor offerings.





Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–5 years of experience in real estate sales, luxury sales, hospitality, or high-value customer sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
- Robust negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).
- Willingness to travel within Karjat, Lonavala, and Alibaug for client meetings and site visits.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,470.20 per month
