As a Senior Associate, the incumbent shall be a senior member of a Team headed by Manager. Specific responsibilities include:

Conducting audits of client organizations. These may be statutory, tax, concurrent or special audits;

Expected to review, advise and manage regular statutory / regulatory filings with the ROC/MCA, RBI (under FEMA) on behalf of clients;

Review and provide advisory services for regular TDS, Direct taxes and GST deposits, including preparation and filing of periodical returns of clients;

Expected to lead team of Associates / Articles on various engagements;

Reporting to the Manager and engagement Partner.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Commerce graduate with atleast 4 years of work experience post CA articleship training. The candidate should have cleared CA Intermediate examination.

Should have worked in a computerized workplace.

Must have exhaustive knowledge and good exposure to Audits, GST,



Income Tax, TDS – estimation, deposit and return filing provisions etc.

Should poses working knowledge of various ROC/MCA – Secretarial Compliance requirements and periodical filings. Must possess good knowledge of Accounting in ‘TALLY’ and related software.

The incumbent is expected to be a good team player, good communicator, effective in client services, willing to travel and a keen & fast learner.
