Sales Executive / Sales Manager — Precast Concrete & Paver Manufacturer

Key Responsibilities :-

- Responsible for generating revenue by selling precast concrete products and pavers to contractors, builders, landscapers, developers, and distributors.
- Prospecting & lead generation: identify and qualify recent accounts.
- Account management: maintain and grow existing customer relationships; perform regular account reviews and upsell where appropriate.
- Product advising & specification support: provide technical advice, recommend appropriate precast elements and paver systems, assist with specification and design integration, produce takeoffs.
- Quoting & pricing: prepare accurate estimates, proposals, and quotations; negotiate terms and close sales.
- Project coordination: coordinate with production, QA, logistics, and site teams to ensure timely delivery, correct quantities, packaging and installation support.
- Samples & demonstrations: arrange product samples, mock-ups, or site demonstrations.
- Technical documentation: produce and distribute product data sheets, CAD details, installation guides, and compliance documentation.




- Market intelligence: monitor competitor activity, pricing, and industry trends; report insights to management.
- Marketing & trade support: attend trade shows, industry events, and client meetings; support marketing campaigns and lead follow-up.
- After-sales service: manage warranties, handle customer complaints, ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Sales reporting & forecasting: maintain CRM records, produce sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and meet sales targets.

Qualifications & Experience :-

- Education: bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 2–7+ years in B2B construction materials sales, ideally with precast concrete, pavers, landscaping, hardscape or masonry products.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing project-based sales.
- Salary negotiable for suitable candidate.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
