Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage daily financial transactions, maintain records, and support the company’s financial operations. The candidate should have knowledge of accounting software, GST, TDS, and basic financial reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily accounts and bookkeeping records
- Handle GST filing, TDS, and other tax-related work
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, and expense reports
- Manage bank reconciliation and cash flow records
- Maintain employee salary and attendance records
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports
- Coordinate with CA for audits and compliance
- Keep company financial data accurate and updated
- Handle petty cash and office expenses
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience as an Accountant
- Knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software
- Good understanding of GST and taxation
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of payroll management
- Ability to work independently
- Basic computer and email handling skills
