Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience)

About Us: Highcrest Trading and Exports is a quick-growing FMCG trading and distribution firm handling premium brands like KeralaChai and Sahya. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to take complete ownership of our firm's daily financial operations.

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Accountant who can handle the end-to-end accounting tasks of the firm. The ideal candidate must be highly proficient in Tally, GST regulations, and daily billing operations, particularly within a trading, distribution, or FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-End Accounting: Manage the complete day-to-day accounting operations of the firm independently using Tally Prime.
- Billing & Invoicing: Generate accurate daily B2B and B2C invoices, manage distributor billing, and ensure correct pricing/schemes are applied.
- GST & Taxation: Prepare and file monthly/quarterly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.) accurately and on time. Handle E-way bills and E-invoicing as required.
- Cash & Bank Management: Perform daily bank reconciliations, manage petty cash for the corporate office,



and verify daily cash collections handed over by the Route Sales Executives.
- Accounts Receivable & Payable: Track distributor outstandings, manage credit periods, follow up on pending payments, and process vendor payouts on time.
- Inventory & Ledger: Maintain accurate stock records, reconcile physical inventory with software data, and manage vendor/customer ledgers.
- Financial Reporting: Provide weekly and monthly financial summaries, P&L; statements, and sales reports to the Managing Director.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

- Education: B.Com or M.Com degree in Commerce/Accounting.
- Experience: Minimum 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in accounting, preferably in the FMCG, trading, or distribution sector.
- Software Skills: Expert-level proficiency in Accounting software/ERP/Tally and MS Excel.
- Tax Knowledge: Strong, practical understanding of current GST laws, filing procedures, and TDS.
- Attributes: High attention to detail, trustworthy, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
