We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Tech Lead with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development, configuration, customization, and end-to-end project delivery.

The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flows, and integrations with external systems.

Key Requirements:

- Strong expertise in building scalable Salesforce solutions using both declarative and programmatic capabilities

- Experience handling client interactions, requirement gathering, solution design, and project execution independently

- Ability to lead a small team, perform code reviews, and mentor developers

- Positive understanding of integrations, deployment processes, and Salesforce best practices

- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

Project Ownership and Delivery:





- Independently manage Salesforce projects from requirement gathering to deployment and support.

- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and implementation plans.

- Provide effort estimations, technical documentation, and solution design.

- Coordinate with business users, QA teams, and external stakeholders.

- Ensure timely delivery with high-quality standards.

Client & Stakeholder Management:

- Conduct client meetings, workshops, and requirement discussions.

- Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients.

- Provide regular project updates, risk assessments, and solution recommendations.

- Handle client escalations and drive resolution effectively.

- PD 1 and PD 2 certification is a must
