Job Summary

We are looking for a Process Associate with a minimum of 1 year of experience in US Mortgage Title Search. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Current Owner Search and Two Owner Search. The ideal candidate should possess robust analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a rotational shift.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform Current Owner Search and Two Owner Search.

- Research and verify ownership history using US county records.

- Review deeds, mortgages, liens, judgments, and other property documents.

- Prepare accurate title search reports.

- Ensure quality and accuracy as per client requirements.

- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve title-related issues.

Required Skills





- Minimum 1 year of experience in US Mortgage Title Search.

- Experience in Current Owner Search and Two Owner Search is mandatory.

- Knowledge of US property records, deeds, mortgages, and liens.

- Good analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office.
