Key Responsibilities

1. Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance

- Maintain EOT crane, batching plant, vibrators, welding machine, compressor

- Do daily/weekly/monthly PM schedule. Maintain maintenance log

- Attend breakdowns immediately to avoid production loss

2. Utilities & Infrastructure

- Ensure power, water, air line, lighting in yard are working

- Check molds, jigs, fixtures for damage and repair

- Coordinate with electrician for panel, wiring issues

3. Spare Parts & Vendor Management

- Maintain spare parts inventory: bearings, wire ropes, switches

- Raise PO for spares. Coordinate with vendors for service

4. Safety & Compliance

- Ensure all machines have guards, earthing, ELCB

- Maintain crane fitness certificate, electrical inspection report

- Train operators on basic maintenance and safety

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
