Job Description:

We are seeking a bright and curious intern or executive to join our Facebook Ads team! This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience with the entire Facebook Ads lifecycle, from campaign creation and audience targeting to data analysis and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the creation and management of Facebook Ads campaigns for various clients or internal initiatives.

- Conduct research to identify target audiences based on demographics, interests, and behaviours.

- Craft compelling ad copy that resonates with the target audience.

- Help with A/B testing different ad variations to optimize performance.

- Monitor campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest Facebook Ads features and best practices.

Qualifications:

- Enrolled in a marketing, advertising, communications, or related program (or recent graduate).





- Strong understanding of social media marketing concepts.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Attention to detail and a passion for learning.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
