- Recruitment & Onboarding: Post jobs, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and run orientation for new hires.
- Employee Relations: Answer staff questions, handle grievances, and help resolve workplace conflicts.
- Compliance & Policies: Enforce company rules and ensure adherence to local and national labor laws.
- Compensation & Perks: Assist with payroll input, health benefits administration, and leave tracking.
- Performance Management: Support performance appraisal processes and track employee development goals.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate, confidential employee files using an HRIS database
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
