Job Summary

We are looking for a confident telemarketing executive to generate leads and connect with potential clients for our customs clearance and freight forwarding services. The role involves cold calling, follow-ups, and fixing appointments for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Make daily outbound calls to importers, exporters, and businesses
- Introduce company logistics and freight forwarding and CHA services
- Generate leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
- Follow up with interested prospects
- Maintain call records and client data in Excel
- Achieve calling targets

Requirements

- Graduate in any field
- 1–2 years' experience in telecalling / telesales / customer calling (CHA)




- Valuable English-speaking skills
- Confident, persuasive, and comfortable with cold calling
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email

Preferred

- Experience in logistics, courier, shipping and calling
- Ability to handle rejection and stay consistent
- Target-oriented mindset

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
