Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Tele callers to promote our gold savings schemes, jewellery collections, and investment plans. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and persuasion skills, be target-oriented, and have the ability to build strong customer relationships through effective tele calling. Prior experience in the Gold & Jewellery industry will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact prospective and existing customers to promote gold savings schemes, jewellery collections, and gold investment plans.
- Follow up with potential customers and schedule showroom visits.
- Generate qualified sales leads and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with interested customers to maximize conversions.
- Maintain call quality standards and ensure timely reporting of daily activities.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Any Graduate.




- 6 months to 2 years of experience as a Tele caller, Customer Support Executive, Tele Sales Executive, or in a similar role.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn may also be considered.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and customer handling skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.

Preferred Experience

- Prior experience in the Gold & Jewellery industry is highly preferred.
- Experience in Tele Sales, Customer Service, Banking, Financial Services, Retail, or Jewellery Sales will be an added advantage.
