Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Medical Representative to promote the company's pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals. The role involves building strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, and healthcare institutions, increasing product awareness, and achieving sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of ethical promotion and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and detail the company's pharmaceutical products to doctors, specialists, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare providers within the assigned territory.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned by the organization.
- Plan and execute regular field visits to ensure effective product coverage and market penetration.
- Conduct product presentations, clinical discussions, and promotional activities to increase product awareness.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer feedback, and provide timely market intelligence to management.




- Ensure product availability by coordinating with distributors and retail pharmacies.
- Maintain accurate records of daily calls, customer interactions, sales activities, and expenses through the company's CRM or reporting systems.
- Participate in product training programs, sales meetings, and skill development initiatives.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharma), Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Zoology, Botany, or a related discipline.
- Diploma or certification in pharmaceutical sales is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
- Good knowledge of pharmaceutical products and healthcare industry practices.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
