We are a investment / financial services firm in Jamnagar looking for a Sales and Operations Executive to help us grow our client base and take positive care of the clients we already have. You will run our social media pages and campaigns on Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp, follow up on the leads that come in, and convert them into clients. Alongside that, you will stay in regular touch with our existing clients, drive their renewals, prepare the documentation for new and renewal deals, coordinate with our CA, CS and notary office, and make sure every client receives a birthday gift on time.
It is a mixed role — part sales, part back-office — and it will suit someone who enjoys variety and is comfortable both talking to clients and getting paperwork exactly right.
Full training will be provided on our products, documents and process, so prior experience in this industry is not essential. We are looking mainly for a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, good communication in English, Hindi and Gujarati, and strong attention to detail. We offer a fixed salary plus incentive on new business and direct working exposure to the founder, and room to grow into a larger role as the business grows.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
