What You'll Do

- Engage with enquiries from our website, property portals and campaigns — qualify leads and schedule site visits
- Conduct site visits showcasing project features with confidence
- Build genuine relationships with prospective homebuyers, guiding them from first conversation to final booking
- Maintain disciplined lead tracking and follow-ups via CRM/Excel
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, offers and events

What We're Looking For

- Excellent spoken Bengali, Hindi and working English
- Confident, presentable, and hungry to build a career in sales
- Graduate in any stream; BBA/MBA (Marketing) preferred
- Willingness to travel for site visits across North Kolkata

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
