Key Responsibilities

Provide first-line and escalated support for daily Epicor issues across modules (Finance, Manufacturing, Inventory, Sales, Purchasing, etc.)

Log, triage, and resolve user-reported issues within agreed SLAs; and able to handle independently without vendor support.

Gather and document reporting requirements from business users; design and build reports using Epicor's reporting tools (BAQ, BAQ Reports, SSRS, Crystal Reports)

Perform root-cause analysis on recurring issues and recommend permanent fixes or process improvements

Configure and customize Epicor (BPMs, UI customization, Dashboards) to meet evolving business needs Maintain functional documentation (FSDs, SOPs) for configurations, custom reports, and support processes

Conduct end-user training and prepare user guides for current features or reports Monitor system performance and data integrity; support month-end/year-end close activities froma systems Additional Preferences perspective





Required Skills & Experience

4-8 years of hands-on Epicor ERP experience in techno-functional or support role Strong knowledge of Epicor modules: Finance (GL/AP/AR), Manufacturing, Inventory, Sales/Purchasing Proficiency in Epicor reporting tools: BAQ/BAQ Reports, SSRS, Crystal Reports a Working knowledge of Epicor customization tools: BPM, Dashboards, UI Customization Strong SQL skills (writing/debugging queries, understanding Epicor's database schema) Experience handling ERP support tickets/helpdesk processes and prioritizing based on business impact Ability to translate business reporting needs into technical specifications Good communication skills to liaise with end users

Pay: ₹427,513.48 - ₹1,691,486.91 per year
