We are looking for a RMA Engineer with experience in power electronics to investigate product failures, perform root cause analysis, and support continuous product quality improvement for SMPS products.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyse returned SMPS units and identify failure causes.
- Perform electrical testing, troubleshooting, and functional verification.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and recommend CAPA.
- Prepare Failure Analysis (FA) and RMA reports.
- Verify repaired units through functional, burn-in, load regulation, ripple, efficiency, and Hi-Pot testing.
- Support customer complaint investigations and analyse failure trends.
- Collaborate with Design, Production, Quality, and Customer Support teams.

Requirements

- Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in electronics troubleshooting or repair.
- Strong knowledge of SMPS topologies (Flyback & Forward).
- Ability to read schematics and PCB layouts.




- Positive understanding of power electronics, IPC standards, and ESD practices.
