Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, persuasive, and highly organized Tele caller to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be the voice of our company, responsible for engaging with diverse customers across different regions. To excel in this role, you must be a "language powerhouse"—fluent in Hindi, English, and Telugu—and possess at least one year of experience in a calling or sales workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Outbound/Inbound Calling: Initiate calls to prospective customers using a prepared script to promote products or services.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads, maintaining a healthy pipeline for the sales team.
- Relationship Building: Communicate effectively with customers in their preferred language (Hindi, English, or Telugu) to build rapport and trust.
- Database Management: Accurately update and maintain customer records in the CRM system after every interaction.
- Goal Achievement:



Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets regarding call volume and conversion rates.
- Feedback Loop: Provide insights from customer interactions to help improve our marketing and sales strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Tele calling, Inside Sales, or Customer Support.
- Language Proficiency: Must be able to speak, read, and write fluently in Hindi, English, and Telugu. (This is non-negotiable).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills with a neutral accent and a professional tone.
- Persuasion: Proven ability to handle objections gracefully and close sales or appointments.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity MS Office (Excel).
- Education: High School Diploma or Graduate
