Job Title: EV QA Software Manager
Location: Chennai
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on automotive or EV software.
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership role managing a QA team.
- Strong hands-on experience in test automation using CAPL or Python.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive protocols such as CAN, LIN, and Ethernet.
- Experience with automotive testing tools like CANoe, CANalyzer, and others.
- Familiarity with EV systems, including Battery Management Systems (BMS), Inverters, and Powertrain Control Units.
Skills:
- Strong programming skills in CAPL and/or Python.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Certifications: ISTQB or other relevant certifications are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with model-based testing and tools like MATLAB/Simulink.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices.
- Knowledge of safety standards such as ISO 26262.
