Roles & Responsibility (Job Profile)

- By handling the manpower to achieve the daily production targets as per plan.
- Issuing of token & Fallow up of daily required Materials from Suppliers.
- Sending the rework materials to concern suppliers and maintain the house keeping.
- On job training to new contract operator.
- Daily data updation of respective parameters related to Production sales.
- Developing multiskilled operators by training them on different stages.
- Monitor productivity.
- Daily wages monitoring.
- Daily update the MTD.
- By handling the manpower to achieve the daily production targets as per plan.

Competency (Candidate Profile)

- Education Required: Education- BE (Mechanical / Production)/B. tech. / DME
- Experience Required: 3 - 5 Years
- Skill Requirement:





- Lean and TPM basics

- Demonstrate curiosity about why things are the way they are.

- Data Management & analysis

- Soft skill -MS office

- Positive execution skill (Technical knowledge to implement CI on machine)

- Product and Process Knowledge
