Salesforce Technical Lead

Experience: 8+ Years

Required Skills

- 8+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Robust hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Salesforce Flows, and Integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
- Experience in Salesforce data migration, source-to-target mapping, data validation, and migration planning.
- Hands-on experience with Copado (CI/CD & deployments) and ServiceNow (production support).
- Experience leading end-to-end Salesforce implementations and offshore development teams.
- Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to review code, resolve technical blockers, and drive project delivery.
- Experience working in Agile environments.

Preferred: Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect, or System Architect).

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
