Key Responsibilities:

Cash Flow Management:

- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow planning and forecasting.
- Monitor cash positions and ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs.
- Control working capital and optimize fund allocation.

Team Leadership:

- Supervise, guide, and organize the existing accounts team.
- Assign responsibilities, set goals, and monitor team performance.
- Provide mentorship and training to upskill the team.

Accounting & Financial Reporting:

- Oversee timely and accurate accounting entries and reconciliations.
- Ensure proper month-end and year-end closures.
- Prepare financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Compliance & Audits:

- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, etc.).
- Coordinate with auditors (internal and external) for timely audit completion.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and records for compliance purposes.

Strategic Finance & Budgeting:

- Assist senior management in budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting.
- Analyse financial data and provide insights for decision-making.
- Support in preparing business plans and financial models.

Coordination & Stakeholder Management:

- Liaise with banks, vendors, consultants,



and regulatory bodies.
- Coordinate with other departments to align financial goals with business operations.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (mandatory)
- CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) – strongly preferred
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including team management
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and Indian accounting standards
- Proficiency in Tally ERP / Zoho Books / QuickBooks / SAP or other ERP systems

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
