Job Title: Spa Duty Manager

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per months

Job Summary:
Ode Spa is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Spa Duty Manager to manage daily spa and salon operations, ensure excellent guest experience, support the team, and drive sales performance. Candidates with Spa & Salon experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day spa and salon operations during assigned shifts
- Supervise therapists, front office, and support staff
- Ensure exceptional guest service and customer satisfaction
- Handle appointments, walk-ins, and therapist allocation
- Achieve outlet sales targets through service and retail upselling
- Maintain hygiene, SOPs, ambiance, and operational standards
- Monitor billing, cash handling,



and daily reporting
- Handle guest concerns and ensure quick resolution
- Support inventory management and stock control
- Train and motivate the team to improve performance and service quality

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in Spa / Salon / Wellness / Hospitality
- Experience in sales and customer handling preferred
- Valuable communication skills in English
- Leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of booking systems / POS / spa software preferred
- Target-oriented and customer-centric approach

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
