Role - Team Leader

Roles and Responsibilities:

Ability to handle a team of 10 -15 members.

Prepare and Monitor process reports such as Productivity, Target scorecards, Weekly reports and Monthly reports, etc. and send them to the management.

Prepare progress reports for team members encourage them to achieve the sales targets and give positive feedback for any improvement.

Monitor the performance of the team, recommending and implementing changes to the way in which the team operates to improve quality and process efficiency.

Ability to manage challenging situations and go the extra mile.

Ability to effectively collaborate within the team.

Ability to handle escalations and diffuse crisis situations.

Skills Required:

Excellent coaching skills. Strong people management and leadership skills.



Valuable Interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels including presentation and public speaking skills.

Self-motivation, self-direction, organizational skills, and the ability to manage priorities without sacrificing quality or timelines.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent MIS and analytical skills
