Site Supervisor – Feldspar & Quartz Manufacturing Plant

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Site Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Feldspar and Quartz Powder Manufacturing Plant. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth site activities, supervise workers and contractors, coordinate material movement, monitor machinery installation and production activities, maintain safety standards, and report daily progress to the management.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily plant operations and site activities.
- Monitor installation, commissioning, and maintenance of plant machinery.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, transporters, and vendors.
- Supervise loading, unloading, storage, and movement of raw materials and finished products.
- Ensure production activities are carried out according to schedule.
- Maintain discipline, productivity, and attendance of workers.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.
- Monitor housekeeping and cleanliness across the plant.
- Record daily work progress and prepare reports for management.
- Coordinate with electricians, mechanics, and maintenance personnel for equipment breakdowns.
- Verify material deliveries and maintain inventory records.




- Assist management in planning and executing plant expansion or improvement activities.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mining Engineering, or a related field.
- Candidates with relevant industrial experience may also apply.

Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing plants, mineral processing units, construction sites, or industrial projects.
- Experience in feldspar, quartz, ceramics, mining, crushing, screening, or powder manufacturing is preferred.

- Familiarity with preventive maintenance practices.

Salary

Market-competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
